Cancellation Policy

Customers can only cancel their orders before they are Shipped. The amount will be credited in the original payment method within 3-5 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund amount will typically include the product price and any applicable taxes. A full refund including the shipping charges will only be applicable if the cancellation is made before the order is shipped.

Returns, Exchange & Refunds

Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery on selected products. To check whether a product is eligible for return or exchange, please refer to the Shipping Info section on the respective product page

Please note that Loopie Gift Cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Product Condition Requirements
For a return or exchange to be accepted, the product must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • With all original tags, seals, labels, accessories, and packaging intact

Products returned without original packaging or missing any components will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Quality Check (QC) Process
Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a thorough Quality Check to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refund Process

  • The refund process will be initiated only after the returned product is received and successfully passes the Quality Check.

  • For Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the amount paid online at the time of purchase will be refunded to the original payment method once the returned product is received and successfully passes the Quality Check. Please note that the cash-handling fee charged at checkout is non-refundable and will only be refunded in cases where the product is not successfully delivered.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method used.

Exchange Process

  • After the returned product clears the Quality Check, the replacement product will be dispatched.

  • Exchanged products are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after the Quality Check is completed.
