Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty Coverage – 1 Year

1. The limited warranty covers any manufacturing defect in eligible products. Please check the product listing page of individual products to check if the product is covered under the warranty policy.

2. The limited warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover any defect arising from the following:

  • Damage due to normal wear and tear, including scratches, loose joints, discolouration, or fabric fading.
  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, improper assembly or failure to follow usage guidelines.
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorised parties.
  • Damage caused by accidents, air transportation, airline handling, or improper storage.
  • Damage caused by third-party accessories or parts not sold by Loopie.
  • Incorrect mounting or installation of third-party parts that are incompatible with the product.
  • Damage by animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, fire, natural disaster, transportation or water.
  • Damage of fabric resulting from improper handling.
  • Loopie reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a defect results from manufacturing or improper use, wear and tear, or other exclusions listed above.

3. This limited warranty does not cover any accessories like Mosquito Net, Toy, Rain cover etc., regardless of whether they are sold separately or included with the product. Any claim for product failure due to accessory usage will not be entertained. (Here accessories refers to any part or product or item which is added to the product to make it more useful, versatile, comfortable or attractive)

4. This limited warranty does not extend to claims based on personal preference, including but not limited to fit, weight, functionality, colour or design.

5. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer/user/customer.

6. In case of repair/replacement of the product or part(s) of the product within the warranty period, the Warranty of the Product shall thereafter continue only for the remaining unexpired period of the original Warranty.

7. The repair and maintenance services under Warranty shall be provided only in serviceable areas under Loopie’s network. For consumers out of the service network, only on-call support shall be provided.

8. For Products outside the Limited Warranty Period, the Product may be repaired in serviceable areas only by charging for the part services, at its sole discretion on the condition of the Product being in repairable condition.

9. If, upon inspection, the defect is determined not to be a manufacturing defect, Loopie will inform the customer of estimated repair costs before proceeding. Customers must approve the charges before any repair or replacement is carried out.

Replacement Policy

7-Day Replacement Policy

1. We offer a free replacement within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged on arrival, or has missing parts
  • Issue is reported within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • A valid unboxing video or clear photographic proof is provided

2. Replacement will not be applicable if:

  • The product has been used or is not in its original packaging
  • Proof of damage is not provided
  • The request is made after the 7-day window
  • The concern is related to personal preference (colour)

3. Once validated, Loopie will arrange a pickup and dispatch a replacement product at no additional cost.
