It comes with a padded Infant Seat Insert, a cushioned seat base, and a neck pillow, providing full support for newborns. The infant seat insert can be used up to 9 kg.

No, you should never install your car seat in the front passenger seat. It is unsafe to do so due to the active passenger airbag.

It is not recommended to install the Loopie Lap car seat in the middle of the backseat because most cars do not provide ISOFIX anchors there, and the seat base is often raised or narrower, which prevents the car seat from fitting flush and stably. Additionally, the middle seat belt is usually not a proper 3-point belt, making installation less secure. For maximum safety, the car seat should always be installed on either the left or right rear seat using ISOFIX or the car’s 3-point seat belt.

Yes. The sturdy build, both installation options, and side-impact protection help maintain stability even on uneven or bumpy surfaces.

I know you have tried to compare the features to some of the best car seats available, and your marketing did convince me to purchase this seat. But that is really all the seat is: beautifully marketed. The pricing, while premium, does not reflect the quality one would expect at this level. We own the Silvercross Motion 2 360, which is far ahead in terms of quality.

What feels misleading is the way this seat is compared to products from Cybex, Joie, and Silvercross. Ideally, when you make such comparisons, the product should be in the same league in quality as well. In this case, only the list of features is similar, not the quality or execution.

We needed a second seat for our other cars and decided to give the Loope Lap an go, unfortunately, we have been left disappointed. The product feels poorly molded using inexpensive plastic with average synthetic fabrics. The fabric covers are not fastened down properly; they are loose sheets that stay in place only under my child’s weight.

I have expressed my concerns to the team at Loopie, and while the quality issues cannot be addressed, I was impressed by how the feedback was handled. They were forthcoming and receptive to feedback. While I am not pleased with this specific product, I will give Loopie another chance with a different product in the future.

One of the must have product of loopie. Quite sturdy and my personal favourite as a parent of new born.

No Compromise on Safety or Finish

A lot of car seats feel either sturdy but rough, or soft but flimsy. The Loopie LAP manages to do both, a solid build on the outside with soft, breathable padding inside. It’s clear that both safety and comfort were priorities in the design.

An investment every parent should make

I can tell when something’s made right. The Loopie LAP feels solid, like it’s built to grow with my child for years. Nothing feels flimsy or temporary. The seat clicks into place so securely, and the adjustable parts feel dependable. I didn’t have to second-guess a thing!

Wish we had bought it sooner!

We got a carry cot-style rear-facing car seat as a gift, but any time we put our baby in it for longer than 5 minutes, he would start crying. The fabric wasn't good and not much cushioning as well. One of my friends had been using Loopie's stroller and I really liked the fabric and overall built quality... I liked their car seat as well so I decided to order it and seriously, they've maintained a standard across their products with respect to comfort and feel. My baby doesn't cry at all, feels comfortable and sleeps peacefully in the car seat.
