Cancellation Policy

Customers can only cancel their orders before they are Shipped. The amount will be refunded to your source account within 3-5 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund amount will typically include the product price and any applicable taxes. A full refund including the shipping charges will only be applicable if the cancellation is made before the order is shipped.

Returns, Exchange & Refunds

We accept Returns & Exchange within 7 days after delivery, on selected products from Loopie. To check the eligibility of a product for a Return or Exchange, please check the Shipping Info on the product page.

Please note that the product needs to be returned in its original condition and packaging. It should be undamaged, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.

Any Product without Original Packaging (price tags, seals, labels & accessories) intact will not be eligible for return. The refund will be processed after a thorough quality check.

How will I receive my Refund?

Online Payments: The refund amount against the returned product will be sent to the source bank account.
